Purpose in Motion Stride Academy creates intentional experiences where girls are encouraged to try new things, challenge themselves, build meaningful connections, and grow in confidence, character, resilience, and leadership—all while experiencing the joy of movement and being part of a supportive community.

OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM
Stride Track
Academy
Our first signature program brings the Purpose in Motion Stride Academy philosophy to life through the energy and excitement of track and field.
Girls will move, learn, and grow through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate training, paired with character and leadership development.
Two 4-Week Stride Experiences
Girls ages 5-12

Purpose in Motion Stride Academy began with a mother and daughter and a desire to build something meaningful together.
Sheree M. Ohen, J.D. — Founder & Chief Stride Officer wanted to spend intentional time with her seven-year-old daughter,
Amari Co-Founder & Chief Joy Officer, doing something they could enjoy together while creating something that could also bring joy and opportunity to other girls.
Every girl arrives with her own strengths, interests, and way of showing up in the world. We celebrate that.
At Purpose in Motion Stride Academy, girls are encouraged to be themselves while stretching beyond what they already know they can do. We believe belonging and leadership go hand in hand.
